Every year for s birthday i have the pleasure and the honor to prepare sushi with her and this year i got to make saba misoni (mackerel braised in miso/sake sauce, a countyside classic) plus a poached razor clam salad , and i hope i get to do it every year so i don't forget my training!! I hold it and her and this event very close to my heart 💓💋
