✨❤️ The Mundi Mundi Lightfest kicked off with an absolute bang! It is a great first night on Argent Street. The community buzz, the live music, and that massive drone show across the outback sky really set the perfect tone for the week ahead. Thank you to everyone that has been to our store❤️💗 . We will be open today 12 noon - 9pm tonight and Monday 9am - 9pm .

🎨 The Painting with Jason workshop at the Mundi Mundi Bash 2026 is a free, hands-on art session designed specifically for children aged 5 to 13 years old. Led by local Broken Hill artist Jason McCarthur, the workshop encourages young artists to paint something they love. 🎨

✨Cost: Free (all materials included).

✨ Age Group: Recommended for children 5 to 13 years old.

✨ Takeaway: Every participant receives a canvas board to create and take home their own masterpiece.

✨ 🎨 Session Times:

• Thursday 20 August: 10:00 am to 11:00 am

• Saturday 22 August: 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm

✨👉 Booking Information:
Bookings are essential because spaces are strictly limited to 15 children per workshop to keep the space manageable.You cannot book these slots online.
🎨👉You must register in person at the McCarthur’s 303 Argent street ( next door to the westpac bank). You can do this if you attend the leading Lightfest event or 🎨👉 Directly on-site1 West Darling Art Precinct once you arrive at the Bash.
