Stratus Flow I & II are so ethereal. I only used white and one other colour to create this soft palette, even though multiple shades of black, blue, grey and even a touch of purple seem to have appeared ✨

I was actually thinking about the Pantone colour of the year ‘Cloud Dancer’ when I started the base layer of this piece, and it’s interesting that these soft cloud like bodies are the result. ☁️

Rich reds, golds and browns reflecting the Australian landscape and night sky. Such a stunning piece with textured surface and metallic accents.

Inspired by the rich colours of Outback Queensland, in particular Idalia. The intense day heat and rocky red sandstone contrast with the inky night time skies. The isolated location means uninterrupted views of thousands of stars - something that is not easily forgotten.

This stunning painting features texture, layers of free flowing paint, fluid acrylics, spray paint, pigments and more. Delicious accents of deep gold paint as well as shimmers of light gold and graphite reflect off the canvas.
