Thinking of trying something new this week? Join us tonight! ☘️

It’s national Try a Choir Week, and we are inviting anyone curious about group singing to drop by our rehearsal this evening. If you love Celtic music, beautiful harmonies, and a warm community, you’ll fit right in.

📍 Rehearsal Location: Toombul Shire Hall, Nundah (best parking on Buckland Road or at/around the pub).

⏰ Time: 7.00 pm, Tuesday 25th August (we rehearse every Tuesday!)

Feel free to come along, listen, or sing along with us. We'd love to meet you. No auditions required, all are welcome 🤗🎶

Thanks Queensland Irish Association for your support of our concert and for sharing this lovely photo! We get so busy and excited on concert days, it's a job to remember to take photos!

Thanks so much to everyone who attended to hear us sing, the choristers, guest musicians, MC's, soloists, choir committee, musical director David O'Keeffe, accompanist Tim Li and everyone who helped in their own way, big or small, on the day. We are grateful for yet another enjoyable day ☘️

With just a few days to go until our Celtic Winter concert this Saturday, 25th July, final preparations are well underway! 🎶

Last night, our rehearsal hall in Nundah (Brisbane Northside) was abuzz with good craic as we had a brilliant full run-through with our guest musicians. The program is sounding wonderful, and we are so excited to perform for you ✨

We look forward to seeing many familiar faces this weekend!

Our next Concert

The Queensland Irish Choir perform primarily Irish and Celtic melodies. We are a community choir hosting three concerts each year and performing by invitation at other venues throughout Brisbane. Rehearsals are at Toombul Shire Hall, conveniently located for northside and southside members.

Join us for a joyful end-of-year celebration of community singing with Clare Community Choir. Led by Sarah Corcoran, the choir comes together to share the music they have been working on throughout the year. This relaxed and uplifting event celebrates the power of voices together and promises a gorgeous evening of combined vocal talents.
