Introducing ~ Bento Beats by Takoyaki Productions

Concept: A music gallery for the psychedelic underground

What is it: A platform for music artists to sell and share their music, merch or any other creative endeavours through, that is presented similarly to an art gallery. Guests will have the ability to listen before they buy, and discover new artists like the old CD stores.

What are the benefits: Giving the underground a platform to market their music other than over the internet, that is curated and specific to the psychedelic music scene. This will also work as a marketing tools for musicians to showcase their music, even if they are not playing at the event.

~All proceeds will go back to the artists~

For this to work I need artists! So if you are interested – please contact me. So far this will be setup at Chrysalis - Metamorphosis Pre Party, METAMORPHOSIS: 2019 & Origins Of Entropy: Easter Long Weekend 2019.

There will be a few different ways of sharing / selling music.

Option 1: You give me the physical item – whether that is CDs, Tshirts, USBs and I will display them in the space

Option 2: I will have USBs available for purchase – You would supply me with the digital copy of the music and we can upload straight on top USB. This gives the customer the option to choose from a bunch of different artist and have them all saved ready for the drive home.

Option 3: DJs – don’t think we have forgotten you! If you have a mix that you would like to share and also help with marketing yourself, we can have a “by donation” option or just a free mix! This could even be the mix that you recorded during the festival that you then make available post set.

As this is all still very new and I am still fleshing out the finer details I hope that you can support the early stages of this platform and get around it and offer any suggestions that you think could help. I will also need one volunteer who is reasonably competent with technology to help out at the Meta stall, so please hit me up if this is something you would be interested in!

The more we feed music the more it will feed us!

Today is a sad day, we have lost one of electronic music's greatest front men, Keith Flint.

The Prodigy is probably one of the most influential groups of our lifetime and Takoyaki Productions probably would not exist without them

Further to having MedCALL Paramedical on site for METAMORPHOSIS 2019, we will also have the lovely ladies of CRYSALIS CARE setting up a space for us to help further our efforts in the space of harm reduction and non medical care.

Crysalis Care are a team of qualified mum-friends working to create safe, chill spaces at music festivals and events. Offering harm reduction information on a broad range of issues, we aim to help people reduce the risks involved with the consumption of drugs and alcohol. We also provide resources and comfortable spaces for patrons, whether they’re seeking ear plugs, hydration, a rest away from the main event with cup of tea and a chat or a broad spectrum of non-medical care and support. Our judgement-free space with care staff who’s specialties range across the disciplines of nursing, psychology, event management and first aid, will work to encourage healthy, informed choices through education and support.

This will be their first event and we are proud to support them in the beginning of their journey

PHaSenVerScHiEbunGeN [ Zenon Records] Netherlands

pHaSenVerScHiEbunGeN is Manuel Hermsen... ..he started playing piano at the age of 6, as teenager he played in different punk/grunge/deathmetal-bands.
Later he studied music (classic piano, music theory) in Essen/Germany at "Folkwang Universität der Künste"
Now he earns his money teaching piano, conducting choirs, composing musicals
pHaSenVerScHiEbunGeN has a lot of influences, like minimal(Steve Reich, John Adams hehe und Plastikman) or other composer like Debussy, Prokofiev, Bach, Jazz, Worldmusic....
But the biggest impact he got from his good friend Anatta, who gave him an injection of finest zenon-tribe-slurp-sound...
