Farewell, Can You Keep A Secret ?!!!

Thank you to all the amazing folk who came to Funk Soul Glee Club last night! What an amazing send off to our beloved “Can You Keep A Secret”. We’re going to miss playing there. Those timber walls wrap so many wonderful memories! We are really looking forward to making new memories at our new home Mirrorball Ministries . Come and join us on Wednesday, 3 June, for a night of P-Funk fantasy!

It is with heavy hearts we heard the news that our dear bar that love built will be closing its doors.
We grieve for the loss of such a beacon of light in these dark times, and for all the artists already struggling to find a place to share their wonderful creations with us. But, we are so grateful to have lived a lifetime here.
We are so pleased to be able to share one final Funk Soul Glee Club with you all on these hallowed grounds before we say goodnight to our beloved home.
Now, of course you all know this, when one door closes, another big, shiny door opens…
From June, FSGC will move to CYKAS’s stunningly beautiful big sister Mirrorball Ministries in West End. (If you haven’t been there yet, go now!)
In the meantime join us for our April edition to sing this pretty baby on her way. 💗

Sure was grand to get together with the Funk Soul family on Wednesday night! Old friends and new, we sang together with mucho passion. We are so lucky to have you! Big thanks to DJ Neilos who played some extremely tasty tunes in between and set the dance floor in fire afterwards. Thank you all for being a part of this magic.
