Celebrating two outstanding trophy winners from the 2026 Royal Queensland Wine Awards! 🍷✨

Stella Bella Wines has taken home an incredible three trophies with its Stella Bella Cabernet Sauvignon 2024:
🏆 Angelo Puglisi Grand Champion Wine Trophy
🏆 Stodart Trophy for Best Red Wine
🏆 Alan Cook MBE Trophy for Best Cabernet Sauvignon

Forester Estate also celebrated success, with its Yelverton Reserve Chardonnay 2025 awarded the Best White Wine Trophy & the Fleming Trophy for Best Chardonnay.

Congratulations to both wineries on these exceptional achievements and for showcasing the outstanding quality of Australian winemaking. 🍇

Ever wondered what over 1,000 bottles of wine look like? 🍷👀

This week, all entries for the Royal Queensland Wine Awards supported by King Street and The Star Brisbane arrived, ready for judging. From carefully unpacking and cataloguing every bottle to preparing for days of tasting, it's a behind-the-scenes process that few get to see.

From June 29, the judges have the tough job of assessing the wines to determine this year's champions. 🏆
