🎉 THE ZOO CELEBRATING 30 YEARS🎉
15 years or so after Airlock Studios was established by Ian Haug (Powderfinger, The Church and former Zooie) Airlock witnessed an extensive amount of bands coming in and making insanely good music, but with no idea what to do next. “The labels never gave these bands the time of day so in 2013, I decided to give it a crack” says Ian.

Since then, Airlock Records have cultivated a diverse roster of talented local artists, representing a wide range of genres.

Ian has carefully and very kindly curated a stunning lineup of Airlock artists, highlighting the immense talent that Queensland has to offer, headlined by indie rock luminaries, The Predators, a band formed by the three founding members of Powderfinger, with Haug on guitar, John Collins on bass, and Bishop on drums and vocals.
