I know this kind of info is not much interest to many of you, but for the folks who are also trying to get an art or games business off the ground hopefully you find some value.

I really want to see all of us succeed and this is one way I hope to help.

I forgot to take photos today, so here are some from day 1 of - we actually had a lot of helpers this time (unfortunately not all pictured), so massive thanks to Joel, Emma, Alys, Brenden, and Michael, having you help was wonderful.

I also want to give extra special thanks to Josh who works incredibly hard for Delta Phase and helps me navigate all the ups and downs that come with managing a business like this.

I’ll post a sales breakdown in the next couple of days, it’s becoming a tradition for me and I feel it’s helpful both for me to have a record of how events go but also as a way I can give back to the community and maybe help others who are wanting to walk this path.

Here is my recap from both BrisCon and Collect Fest Brisbane.

A bit more somber this time but I continue to learn lots.

I forgot to take any decent photos at BrisCon, so here are the basic ones I took of my set up.

We got to teach Sugarrr, Delta Rummy, and Our Village to a number of people. We also ran play tests of For Gods Sake and Rolling With The Waves which are games still in development.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, chatted to us, played a game, and especially who decided to support us by buying one of our games, stickers, or art prints.

Extra special thank you to and for helping me demo and play test games - your work is exceptional and I love hanging out with you.

And finally special thanks you to Kylie, Liz, Stuart, and Joe for allowing me to use some of your space in the board game room, it was a great time and I’m extremely grateful.

It was lovely to hear Sugarrr! and Delta Rummy get a shout out during this episode of The Board Crew! Ben, one of the hosts, was also running the games library at CanCon and was super helpful and supportive of locals, including letting Josh run full plays of our games all day each day!
