Karl plays bass in Ghostwoods and Isis and is the composer and multi-instrumentalist behind Daylight Ghosts alongside our episode 2 guest Adam Dawe. We’ll be chatting about all things event promotion, music, life and how neurodivergence interacts with all of that. 🤍🩷🩵🤎🖤 pinkNOISE STONEWALL - MEET THE ARTISTS - Chiffon Magnifique ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Chiffon Magnifique is the darkwave project of Brisbane artist Jed A. Walters, now evolved into a full five-piece live band. What began with the debut album ‘Anxietika’ has transformed on stage into a fusion of live drums, bass, saxophone, guitar, and layered synths, drawing from post-punk, goth rock, and minimal wave to create a truly twisted live show.

This new era pushes further into experimental territory, reworking ‘Anxietika’ material with unreleased tracks that explore darker textures and extended improvisation, combining monochromatic bleakness with heartfelt new wave passion.

THE ZON is a synth-fueled electronic pop artist from Brisbane/Magandjin, ready to make his own dent on the pop landscape. Inspired by boundary-pushing artists like Lady Gaga, New Order, and Charli xcx, THE ZON creates bold, highly addictive pop music. Embracing creative freedom and self-expression without restraint, THE ZON blends shimmering synths with raw, honest songwriting, DIY producing all their work in true bedroom pop fashion.

Previous releases include the 2023 EP “LIFE AS THE ZON“ the 2024 LP “TURN GREEN” and a wave of singles, including the ethereal collaboration “Reservoir” with Hag. Currently lighting up stages across Brisbane and continuing to develop his sound, THE ZON is gearing up to unveil his sophomore album this October.
