✨TERM 4 IS HERE!✨

We’re back on Tuesday 6th October, and it’s officially the most exciting (and busiest!) term of the year!💜

The countdown to our 2026 Annual Concerts is ON, and everything we do this term is leading us towards that big moment on stage.🎭✨

It’s time to lock in, bring the energy, focus on those details and get our dances SHOW READY! There’s lots to do, plenty of hard work ahead and so many exciting moments to look forward to.

Costumes, choreography, rehearsals and all the concert magic… here we go! We cannot wait to see all our dancers shine on stage!🌟

✨The Opens… I’m not crying, you are!🥹💜

This one truly feels like the end of an era. We say goodbye to some of our beautiful seniors who have been dancing with us since they were just 8yrs & Under. To have had the privilege of watching these dancers grow from little kids with big dreams into the incredible young people they are today is one of the most beautiful parts of what we do.💜

We’ve watched them grow, change, find themselves, overcome challenges, make lifelong friendships, fall in love with dance and create memories that will stay with them forever. Looking back on all the years, routines, costumes, competitions, tears, laughter and countless moments in between… it’s hard to put into words just how proud we are.🥹

As they step into their next chapters, wherever life and dance may take them, we hope they know just how special they will always be to us. We hope you’ve loved this dance journey as much as we have loved watching you live it. ✨

And what a way to finish their last competition of 2026…

And then… their final dance of their final competition.🥹

Taking 1st AND 2nd place in the Senior Jazz section to finish their Eisteddfod careers is a moment and a feeling we will never forget. What a way to close this chapter.❤️‍🩹

Congratulations, Opens, on an incredible final competition and an even more incredible lifetime of dance. We are so, so proud of you.

Thank you for the memories. Thank you for the love. Thank you for the laughs. Thank you for growing up with us.💜

✨Our 16yrs & Under — what an emotional one!✨

Our final competition for 2026 was definitely one for the feels.🥹💜 Watching some of our seniors struggle with the thought of leaving this team, the friendships they’ve built, the memories they’ve made and the love they have for one another really reminds us of what makes a team a team.

It’s so much more than learning choreography and stepping onto a stage. It’s the laughs, the support, the late nights, the quick changes, the nerves, the celebrations, the tears and the friendships that will last long after the costumes are packed away.🥹✨

And what a way to finish the year!

✨Our 12s smashed another comp!✨

What a way to finish off another huge year for this group!💜 They took home 3rd place for Song & Dance and 1st place in their Tap section — what an achievement!🥇🥉

This is such an interesting age group to watch grow. They’re no longer our little junior dancers, looking up to the seniors and dreaming of being just like them, but they’re still young performers with so much to learn, discover and develop.

We absolutely love watching the transformation that happens after a year or two in this group — the confidence grows, the maturity develops, and suddenly you start seeing the beautiful young dancers they are becoming.🩰✨

We couldn’t be prouder of this group and everything they’ve achieved this year. Congratulations, 12s!💜

✨Congratulations to our 10yrs!✨

Another fantastic year for this wonderful group of dancers!💜 We’ve watched you grow, develop, gain confidence and, most importantly, enjoy every minute of dancing together.

And what better way to finish the year than with a 1st Place for their novelty!🏆🎉

Now, this dance has had quite the life…😂 Every year we say, “Surely it’s time to retire this one!” and then the next group of dancers look at me with those big, sad puppy-dog eyes and somehow… we’re back doing it again!🥹😂

I think we can safely say this dance has officially earned its place in Impact history!

Well done, 10s — what a year you’ve had! We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see what’s next!💃✨

Our final competition of the year is officially done and dusted, and what a year it has been!💜

We absolutely love finishing our competition year at the Noosa Spring Dance Festival — beautiful days filled with sunshine, dancing, laughter, friends and plenty of memories made along the way.☀️💃

So, let’s celebrate our groups and all they’ve achieved this year, starting with our youngest crew… our 8yrs & Under!🥹💜

What a journey these little dancers have had! We’ve watched them grow so much throughout the year — gaining confidence, learning how to work as a team and becoming more comfortable on that big stage. And of course, they are still just SO CUTE!🥰

We are absolutely flying high after another incredible round of exams!✨

We are so proud of the results our dancers have achieved, with so many students receiving Honours marks and above across their exams. Even more exciting, we had multiple dancers achieve Honours with Distinction — an incredible achievement and a true reflection of the dedication, hard work and commitment they have put into their training!💜

From our youngest dancers taking on their exams for the first time, right through to our Advanced students completing some of their biggest milestones, every single dancer should be incredibly proud of themselves.

Congratulations to all of our dancers, and a huge thank you to our amazing teachers for the time, care and passion they put into preparing our students. We are so proud of our Impact family!⭐️
