A 💛 GOOD 💖 DAY!! Not only did I manage to make it back in the studio to work on the nameplates for the girls rooms but I was able satisfy my four olds voracious appetite for pretend play, do some baking and work on the website so I can go live and upload the 'HOW TO's for these Creative Mama projects So different to yesterdays 'Bad Mama'😩 moments that were utterly hideous. Thank goodness these gorgeous human beings that are my children😍😍 are so wonderfully forgiving of my failings.

I cannot tell you how much I love this book by . I'm not sure if it was the beauty of the illustrations or that it made remember how much of this little girl still lives inside me, but it filled me with such joy I wanted to cry...much to the amusement of my two girls! This book is a keeper and should become part of the library handed down to your children's children. It not only celebrates the life and work of the incredible May Gibbs whose home (now a museum) I visited in 2014 but also the stunning glory of Australia's natove flora. I no I'm gushing but did I tell you I just love this book!!!!

When it come to designing, whether it be a fabric print or a piece of jewellery, there is nothing more inspiring to me than the garden. That's why I'm loving this book, HERBARIUM 💚. The aim was to reinvigorate my herb garden but I'm just entranced by the beautiful illustrations, many accredited to Ashlea O'Neill at . This one is channelling that king of herbs 'Parsley'.

Talk about shaking those wiilies out! For some reason this part of the design process always makes me hyperventilate 😩and its only for our own dining chairs cushions!
