All you need to do is come, relax, rest your mind in the sacred mantras, and sing from your heart!

Interweaving guided breathwork with the soothing sounds of violin, keyboards, guitar, and harmonium, this Kirtan evening is both calming and rejuvenating. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and truly nourished within.

The evening is fully guided and includes mantra/kirtan meditation and delicious vegan meal.

Yoga Day Festival is a wonderful celebration of all things yoga. ASMY started celebrating International Yoga Day 11 years ago when it all began. Unfortunately due to the fact we are a small dedicated crew of volunteers who nearly died from exhaustion holding these epic outdoor events, we've had to move the celebration back to the West End centre. But we thought you may be interested to see how it all began. This is our first Yoga Day Festival at Roma St Parkland. We will be celebrating yoga day this Sunday.
