Trying to film a beautiful upper-back release using port de bras… with my tiniest assistant determined to be part of it 😂

It wasn’t the calm, polished demonstration I imagined, but the exercises are still there — and honestly, this is what making time for movement can look like with a baby.

It doesn’t have to be perfect or uninterrupted to feel good. A few minutes of movement still counts 🤍🩰

No peaceful nap routine.
Just me, my tiny stage-five clinger and a Dyson pas de deux 🩰🧹

Motherhood really is about adapting the choreography 😂 (and I wouldn’t have it any other way 😍)
