We extend our gratitude to all who attended the Annual General Meeting (AGM) tonight. Firstly, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to the current committee members for their tireless efforts over the past 12 months. Mark and Leith, our President and Vice President, Ngadine, our Treasurer, and Maree, who stepped in as Secretary, have been instrumental in ensuring the club's continued success, and we are deeply grateful for their dedication. Our thanks also go to the numerous members, kids, coaches, and others who contributed to the track's maintenance.
As we bid farewell to some committee members, we welcome Leith Gasmier as the new President, succeeding Mark, and Shaun Resuggan as Vice President. Although this transition strengthens our leadership, we still require nominations for the Secretary and Treasurer positions to complete our committee within the next 90 days.
The discussions during tonight's meeting were productive, focusing on gate night optimization and future riding initiatives.
We will provide updates throughout the week and look forward to improved weather conditions soon.
