Nepalese Association of Queensland Inc. (NAQ) in association with Non Resident Nepalese Association (NRNA) Australia is organizing an Australia-wide Nepalese Dance Competition in Brisbane on 3rd September 2011. This is the second time that such an event is being organized in Australia. As in the first competition, we expect great participation from Nepalese artists from different cities across Aus

tralia, and wish enthusiastic support from community organizations, individuals and businesses. Event Highlights

• The event includes cultural performances (dances - single, duet and group) from more than 50 participants representing Nepalese communities in various states/territories
• The event is being organized in a prime venue in Brisbane (QUT Garden’s Theatre)
• Over 400 spectators from local Nepalese community and representative of Nepalese communities from other states will attend
• Copies of the DVD of the program will be distributed among the members of Nepalese community in different states
• Biggest Nepalese cultural activity in Australia with a very unique concept
• Active involvement of various Nepalese community organizations based on different cities ofAustralia
• Opportunity to promote and showcase products and services to a large target group through direct display, DVD and other electronic and print media
• Excellent opportunity for businesses to show their commitment to community initiatives and provide support to promote multiculturalism

Thanks NAQ and NDC committee to invite me and giving me opportunity to be part of this wonderful event.

A graceful dance, colorful props and costumes, slow movements and fast that catches the attention of every people. Cultural dancers can story tellers, tells the story in every movements and sequence of their dance.
