YADC was formed in 2014 by Brisbane based Music Mentor and Singer-Songwriter Helen Rae to provide talior made development packages to selected young artists aged between 15 and 25 years to provide them with the skills and tools required to "kickstart" their careers! Services include mentoring, technical development (vocal), genre development, songwriting and repertoire development, brand developme

nt, marketing and promotion, audition preparation and guaranteed performance opportunties. The primary aim of YADC it to develop young artists to their maximum potential and support them to achieve their goals through mentoring and promotion to venues, labels, broadcasters and artist managers. A range of packages is available and these can be tailormade to suit aspirations and budgets. Payment plans are also available.
