Introducing Bridget O'Shannessy, an emerging Australian synth-pop artist who's captivating audiences with her unique sound and heartfelt lyrics. Bridget first caught the attention of the music industry when she won the QUBE Effect 2022 award for her original songwriting. With over ten years of experience in the music industry, Bridget has opened for Gotye’s The Basics and performed at high-profile events, including the catwalks of London and Shanghai Fashion Weeks. She has since explored a new sound, reminiscent of 80s sounds and 90s music, and collaborated with her brother and producer Dan O’Shannessy on her latest release, "Sydney Street." "Sydney Street" is a bold and catchy synth-pop track that tells the story of moving on from a toxic relationship and finding a new home on the vibrant streets of Sydney. The lyrics are honest and relatable, painting a picture of a neon playground where everyone is a potential rebound, and trust is hard to come by. Bridget's music is a reflection of her unique perspective on life and love, and her soulful voice and impressive songwriting skills have already won her a dedicated following. With "Sydney Street," Bridget has cemented her place in the Australian music scene and is poised to make waves globally.

this is the one that turned into me actually loving my life instead of missing someone in it. Sydney Street, original - the glow-up nobody asks for but everyone needs 🤍

the way I turned one night into an entire imagined future in my head… this is the part of the song that came from spiralling a little too hard. Bar Room Neons, still unreleased 🤍

this unreleased song keeps outperforming things I’ve actually put out, and I genuinely don’t know what to do with that information. Bar Room Neons — should I just release it at this point? 🎶
