Dead of Winter Festival ๐Ÿ”ฅ 2026 โ€ข The Resurrection is coming.. ๐Ÿ”ฅ The Dead of Winter Festival showcases the best of Australian underground heavy music and performing arts.

The festival blends a mix of Rock / Punk / multiple styles of Metal / Ska / Stoner / Hardcore / Blues / Grunge / Doom / Folk as well as burlesque, dance, comedy, art and short films with a horror fancy dress theme. The festival began in 2009 and is held annually in winter at the Jubilee Hotel in Brisbane Australia. Featuring around 50 live acts across multiple stages, the event offers an affordable alternative to big summer festivals.

BOOF HEADS rolled into Dead of Winter Sense Music Media Stage with peak eshay-core energy and proceeded to unleash absolute chaos.
There was live boxing, riffs flying in every direction, and a frontman who launched himself straight into the audience because staying on stage was clearly never part of the plan.
