Today I tried to kill my family with chocolate. This guy was so intense! Devils food cake, stuffed with chocolate ganache, caramel and caramel Tim Tams! Not too fancy on the decorations as it was just my partners birthday and he’s lucky to even get a cake!

There isn’t a chance in hell I could stand up long enough to make a cake right now but I sure am missing flexing those muscles! For now I’ll just finish baking these two.

What shall we call them? Buttercream and gateaux? Cupcake and cookie? Sugar and spice?

Surprise! I’ve been baking something a little different lately, this one’s a double batch!

Currently 25 weeks with boy/girl twins 🤯 Due November.

As I’m sure you will all understand this means putting an indefinite hiatus on baking of the sweet variety. I’ll still post here as I am always going to be creating wherever I can for friends and family. I really hope to return to taking orders one day. 💕
