Our next workshop is on 14th March 2026 with Eva ❤️. This workshop is $35 and runs for 60 minutes from 2:30pm - 3:30pm. Yoga breathing has been practiced for thousands of years, but this workshop takes a modern approach that demystifies the techniques and focuses on real-world science and results.

In this workshop you’ll learn how to use your breath to:

* Relieve stress
* Reduce anxiety
* Improve mental focus
* Boost digestion
* Improve sleep
* Balance your energy

Learn the science of how the nervous system is influenced by and influences your breath. Learn breathing techniques and exercises to support nervous system health. Includes homework and follow up.
