A production like Dracula is built by far more people than those you see on stage.

We want to take a moment to recognise two of the creatives helping us bring our vision to life.

💄 Special Effects Makeup by

Practical effects and makeup are a huge part of the horrifying world we’re creating. From wounds and blood to Dracula's otherworldly appearance, our SFX makeup artist Charli is transforming our performers into the creatures and victims of Dracula’s world.

A huge thank you to Charli for her exceptional work on our promo shoot - bringing these frightening characters to life before our eyes with expert make-up and prosthetics. And this is only just the beginning...

Capturing this production is an art in itself. Our photographer/editor Chris took on the challenge of translating this gothic, bloodthirsty production into images that perfectly capture the atmosphere, detail and intensity of what's to come.

🩸INTRODUCING ALEX STURDEE AS 'THE CREATURE'🩸

Alex Sturdee is thrilled to be part of this production of 'Dracula'. He previously appeared as Brute Slaughter in 'Boy Slaughter', and Le Fou in 'Beauty and the Beast' - his debut role, where he discovered a love for bringing bold and physical characters to life on stage.

Outside of theatre, Alex works as an illustrator in animation, with a passion for visual storytelling, character design, and all things fantasy. He is excited to take on the role of The Creature, and for the opportunity from Ghostlight Theatre Co.
