Some surprises touch the heart a little deeper. ❤️

J.Andrews- one of my Meditation participants surprised me with a hand knitted stole which she made for me. It was completely unexpected ❤️it reminded me why I do what I do.

It’s moments like these that make everything worthwhile — knowing that MYArCC initiative is making a positive difference, bringing a little more peace, connection and happiness into someone’s life.

The feeling that I’m doing something meaningful… truly priceless. 🙏✨

So grateful. ❤️
