OMGGGGGG... Cairns, we're bringing the chaos.

Join us for Welcome to CAIRNS LAND: An Art Party at the End of the World, a wild, glitter-soaked collision of dance, live music, wearable art and visual theatre as we transform the Esplanade into the strangest party you've ever stumbled into.

Expect Voiiidian creatures, unexpected encounters, local fabulous Cairns performers, huge energy and our favourite human, Celine, bringing the soundtrack to the apocalypse.

So honoured to have Bcharre and special guest Matthew French performing alongside us next week in SKIN as part of Open Season!!!!

About Bcharre
Middle Eastern musician, artist, poet, and storyteller Youssef Taouk, Bcharre (بشري) is a bold and enigmatic electronic music project from Brisbane (Meanjin). He fuse the pulsing rhythms of Berlin’s underground club scene with the rich melodies and driving percussion of Middle Eastern folk music. Drawing on the deep drones of the mijwiz, the intricate lines of the oud, and the fire of dabke, Bcharre creates a sound where electronic precision meets ancient ritual. The result is a live experience that is visceral, euphoric, and unforgettable. As 2025 QMA Finalists, Bcharre have lit up stages at Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival, Brisbane Street Arts Festival, Yonder Festival, Adelaide Fringe Festival, and St Kilda Festival, captivating audiences with hypnotic performances and relentless energy.

What a weekend last week at the Uncontained Festival in Kogarah! The Voiiidians had an absolute blast causing delightful chaos and meeting so many wonderful people!!!

Our Creature Lab workshop was a highlight, and we were blown away by the creativity of everyone who joined us. Thank you! The characters everyone made were bold, strange, colourful and full of personality. 👽👾👁️

A huge thank you to the festival team for having us! What a fantastic crew! We can't wait to head back down to NSW soon!!! 💗💗
