Just popping on with a little EOFY reminder đź‘‹

This is your reminder that painting can be a full-body sport 🤜🏼

Every time I start a painting like this, I forget how physical it is. Burning arms, a sore head, and constant pacing, turning, stretching, and lifting as I work through all the layers.

Wouldn’t have it any other way xx 💛

I thought brighter meant better.

But every time I looked at this painting, it didn’t feel like me.

So I painted over hours of work and brought it back to a softer, more muted palette.

Sometimes the right move isn’t adding more.
It’s stripping back until it feels honest. Open. Raw.
