Kayla is currently in her final year of studying a Bachelor of Fine Arts Drama at QUT. She lives and breathes all things theatre - whether it's puppeteering at Woodford Folk Festival or stage managing, she's hooked. Kayla loves performing, creating and managing art in all its forms, working both as an events assistant and as Vena Cava Production's Head of Productions this year. She loves dogs and sun-dried tomatoes, and she would really, really love it if you would come show the Repairman some lovin' too.

Meet Annabelle de Paola. She is our other amazing co-writer.

Annabelle is a Brisbane based writer, currently studying a Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in Creative and Professional Writing. She is the co-creator of the Bronte and Annabelle zine series and she has been published in a number of other local publications such as IBIS, Tundish Review and Woolf Pack. Last year she wrote the script for the FTV multi-cam production Next Best Thing. Annabelle recently moved to Chermside and is inspired by the ridiculous amount of abandoned shopping trolleys and dodgy trampolines.

Sophie is a second year drama student at QUT. You might have seen her in shows such as Midsummer Nights Dream with Shake and Stir Theatre Co and a number of other student shows and films. Her future goal is to be a full time woman with a sustainable amount of $$$ and a wealthy knowledge of politics. All she needs is coffee, avo toast and a groovy pair of socks.

Caz is one of the co-writers and the director of The Repairman

Caz graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Drama with a minor in creative writing in 2016 and is currently undertaking Honours in Drama at QUT. She has performed in Vena Cava’s Mainhouse 1 and FAST productions of Of Mirrors and Angels. She has also worked on Queensland Music Festival’s production of Under this Sky in Logan and she worked on the crew for Haptic Visions and co-wrote the script for 28 pages. She swears she's about making serious theatre and would definitely never write anything that would make fun of certain orange heads of state that shall not be named.
