Over Bag End Studio Workshops & Powertex Training End we are celebrating International Women‘s Day with an exhibition, workshops and of course some fundraising. How can you help?

This International Women's Day, I'm hosting a fundraiser to help women and girls in need across Australia. All funds raised from our event will help Share the Dignity provide free period products to those in need and give them the dignity they deserve when dealing with their period.

Hello creatives, April, one of my beautiful art students has for many years volunteered for the charity Share the Dignity. She recently posted the following to our art group, but I think we can do better than that. Lets flood her with items for the bags. Or maybe some better than me with a needle and thread could donate a bag or two. I'm happy to be a collection point as is Natalie from Bag End Studio Workshops & Powertex Training in Brisbane.

From April:
"This is a shout out for some help,I volunteer for Share the dignity,I’m putting together bags for Christmas,if anyone would like to donate something to put in a bag I’d would really appreciate it.
Share the dignity helps women/girls. The Christmas drive is filing a bag of essential items that you would need if you had to flee a DV home and you left with nothing,this is my 7th year and I assure you the bags get delivered by me to the charities that have asked for them.💞💞"
