Writers are readers. We fall in love with reading first before discovering the writer within us. I read my first novel when I was 12 years in British Malaya. It was called the Lady in White by Wilkie Collins. How many of you can remember the first novel you read? The reason i can is because i started to read so late. Most people would have begun reading when they were in kintergartens. There were no books in my house when i was a kid.
