MASKERADE – SECOND ROUND AUDITIONS

Bridgetown Theatre invites you to join our upcoming production of Maskerade, based on the beloved Discworld novel by Terry Pratchett.

At the Ankh-Morpork Opera House, music, mystery, backstage murders, and witchcraft collide — because in the Opera House… the show must go on.

Multiple roles available - Main roles already cast
All experience levels welcome
Ages 16+ (younger performers welcome with a parent/responsible adult involved)

• Sunday 31 May – 1:00pm

We’re also looking for crew and production support including lighting, sound, set build, props, costumes, and backstage crew. Training and support available for new volunteers.

A funny and tender play about big dreams and small changes.
The Kitchen Sink follows the ups and downs of family life across a year.

Amid the dreaming, the dramas and the dirty dishes, something has to give. Will it be Kath or the kitchen sink?
Things aren't going to plan for one family in Withernsea, Yorkshire. Martin's milk float is losing customers and something's up with Kath's kitchen sink. Billy is pinning his hopes on winning a place at art college, whilst Sophie's dreams of becoming a ju-jitsu teacher may be out of reach.

Come and be part of this comi-drama - roles for two middle aged parents who hold it all together?!, their young adult children, and Sophe's boyfriend.

Sophie: Daughter of Martin & Kath, aspiring Ju-Jitsu instructor In her 20's
Billy: Art student son of Martin & Kath. Age 16 - 20's
Pete: Boyfriend of Sophie in his 20's

This is a relaxed chance to read through the script, meet some people from Bridgetown Repertory Club, and get a feel for community theatre. Whether you’re new to the stage or just curious, everyone’s welcome.
