Last night's DJ gig we had the pleasure of working at the Intercontinental Hotel in Brisbane for the Annual Gala Dinner of the Financial Counseling Service Queensland. Their staff all pretty much work remotely around Queensland and they all arrived in Brisbane for their 3 day conference, topped off with last night's dinner.
Over 200 people in the hotel's ballroom and we are sure we could have kept playing music and have the dance floor full well after the scheduled finish time. We also provide the pink and blue cowboy hats which helps to lift the energy in the room and the hats come out when we play 'Man I feel like a woman' and 'Pink Pony Club'... the guests continue to wear the hats during the night... Fantastic night and awesome team of people to work for last night. 🙂

We recently had the pleasure of helping Janelle and her guests celebrate her 50th birthday with the use of our Photo Booth. A lot of fun and memories were created that night.

When I'm at home, preparing a playlist for the next DJ gig, it is not unusual for my dog and cat to be in the home studio with me - so I thought it appropriate to add them to this AI caricature. What an amazing view looking over the Noosa hinterland for our DJ gig on Saturday 21st February 2026. We were there as DJ for a 40th birthday celebration. The host and guests had an amazing and fun time with dancing all night.
