Did you know we have a community garden? Each Tuesday morning when I come in to the cafe I visit the garden and see what's ripe.
This week, eggplant, tomatoes and capsicums were ready to go so I made these veggie frittata, YUM 😋

We have an exciting community morning tea coming up soon! We are very lucky to have Liam Mavity be our guest speaker this month!

Liam Mavity is a Mental Health Nurse with 10+ years of experience across various clinical settings. He’s passionate about increasing awareness around mental health to break down stigma and increase access to care.

He will be speaking on the topic of mental health and where to get help.
