September is almost here... Are your kids ready to hit the track? 🏃‍♂️💨🏅

The response to our upcoming season has been incredible! If you’ve been meaning to sign your child up for Box Hill Little Athletics, this is your official friendly reminder that registrations open next month!

Whether your child wants to try running, jumping, or throwing for the very first time, Little A's is all about having fun, making friends, and chasing Personal Bests in a supportive environment.

For those new to Little Athletics, we'll be running our Come and Try Day at 2pm on Sunday the 13th of September at Hagenaeur Reserve, Box Hill North. The event is free once you have registered through LAVic.

Spring is just around the corner, and that means one thing... Box Hill Little Athletics will soon be back for another incredible season!

Whether your child is a born sprinter, loves high-jumping into crash mats, or just has endless energy to burn, Little A's is the ultimate place for fun, fitness, and friendship.

Why Box Hill Little Athletics?

Fun First: We focus on Personal Bests (PBs) over winning, every child’s progress is celebrated!

The Box Hill LAC Cross Country Open Day is just around the corner, and entries are officially OPEN! It’s time for our little athletes to take on the beautiful tracks of Wattle Park.

📅 When: Sunday 31st May 2026
📍 Where: Wattle Park, Burwood (Enter off Monsborough Drive)
⏰ First race kicks off at: 9:30 AM (Make sure to marshal 15 mins before your event!)
🏅 Awards: Individual and Team medals up for grabs!

Race Schedule:
• 9:30am: U11-12 | 2000m
• 10:00am: U9-10 | 1500m
• 10:30am: U6 | 500m
• 10:45am: U7-8 | 1000m
• 11:00am: U13-17 | 3000m

💵 Cost: $12 per athlete (FREE for all BHLAC members!)
📋 Eligibility: Open to all registered little athletes!
🛒 How to Register: Head over to ResultsHQ and find the nominations menu.
👕 Reminders: Don't forget your Centre uniform and registration patch, they must be worn to compete!
☕️ Bonus: We'll have a coffee van and a BBQ ready to keep parents caffeinated and athletes fueled!
