We will be providing easy access, simple, low time requirement and science backed methods and strategies to help you free your mind, and heart of unnecessary burden and struggle.
The activities we offer are guaranteed to brighten and clear your mind, guaranteed to help you feel and act more freely in your daily life and most of all, guaranteed to be FUN!
Cost : $80 per head (or take your girls on a date night and receive 10% discount for a group booking)
Incl : Light grazing platter meal, tea, herbal teas, coffee and water (BYO alcohol optional)
Location : Port Denison Sailing Club
Date: Friday February 24th
Time: 6pm-10pm
Dress code: as fancy or low key as you like, as long as you’re comfortable and can move freely and easily
