Sometimes in life you get so stuck in your comfort that you make no opportunities to grow and stretch. Facing the fact that working out of my living space was not feasible anymore i needed to be creative in ideas in finding a sacred space for me to create. Renting an actual studio space is super difficult and expensive here in bondi so my next best option was a storage cube at a storage facility. It’s small, a little dark and not what I imagined BUT I’ve made it work and I love it so much!! I could not be happier! Now I’m finding my flow again it feels incredible again🌊

Hello Instagram world! It’s been a while since I posted here that’s for sure! You know when life just gets away from you? Between building our bus and trying to find a studio to dedicate soulfully for my art! But I have secured a space at will get back into the swing of things!!

Also not sure if it’s just me but who feels the pull towards hibernation when the colder months start?! The winter blahs certainly get me feeling sleepy, lethargic, and sometimes uninspired!
But dedicating a special sacred space to allow for my creative expression has perked me right up and I cannot wait to get my gloves on and start pouring again!
Have you ever felt that the colder weather pulls your down? What have you done to get back into your groove? I’d love to hear....

Hello ocean lovers!
If you are in Australia and in Sydney like me you will know that it’s now officially winter!! Jumpers out! Slippers and hot water bottles too!
❄️ 🥶 ❄️ am i right?
I have tried started embracing the cold more just allowing it to be and not resist against it! With assistance of lots of herbal tea! For those of you who know me I’m always with tea in hand! 🍵 ☕️

Happy Monday everyone! Is it just me or have did the weekend go by too quickly?
The weather has surely turned into a taste of winter today as the chill has come on strong here in bondi! As I’m sitting here with my jumper on I’ve uploaded this one of a kind resin piece to the shop! Its making me forget about this cold weather and is taking me back to some salty summer vibes! 😎🏝 this piece It’s super calming and perfect touch for that beach themed space!!

I was sent this photo from my gorgeous partner yesterday and it’s something that resonates so much with me and The Flow! I would not be here doing what I love today without that curiosity bug 🐛 even after countless flops, beautiful flukes I still knew it was an area I needed to explore more, let go of all expectations, completely go and FLOW. Reaffirming my path of passion and walking it!

It’s true! So many aspects of the ocean can heal us!
Sea air encourages respiratory health. The smell of the salty air reduces the symptoms of asthma, improve allergies and skin problems, and stimulate the immune system. Having sun exposure is great for getting your daily dose of Vitamin D. Swimming in saltwater also speeds healing, boosts circulation, and encourages a good night’s sleep. Feeling overwhelmed? An evening stroll with your toes in the surf is just the ticket to reduce anxiety, open your mind, and encourage creative thinking.
ALSO Just seeing pictures of the beach can reduce stress and increase feelings of contentedness how cool is that?!
When creating It helps to tune into the frequency of the ocean with the intention that it flows through to the next owner. Knowing that my art can give someone the same feeling of what the ocean brings to me is healing within itself! What a gift!
