With half a million TikTok followers and appearances on Thank God You’re Here and Taskmaster, Anisa is bringing her sharp wit to the stage in No Small Talk.

Congratulations to Alex Niass, whose beautiful painting 'Mornings' has been named the People’s Choice winner for the 2026 Waverley Art Prize! 🖼️

Painted during the early months of becoming a dad, 'Mornings' captures the anxious yet deeply loving reality of those early days - and the quiet warmth of a morning after a sleepless night.

With the most votes from the public throughout the exhibition, Alex takes home the $500 prize. 👏

Thank you to everyone who visited Bondi Pavilion Art Gallery and cast their vote, helping celebrate the incredible talent and diverse stories featured throughout this year’s Waverley Art Prize.

From All In (29–30 August) - an energetic, immersive performance from Dance Makers Collective, where you can simply watch or get involved - to Shel We (4–5 September), a playful contemporary dance show filled with imagination, music and mischief, inspired by the writing of Shel Silverstein.

Both shows offer plenty of reasons to get down to the Pavilion with friends, family or fellow dance lovers! ✨
