5 Months on - To celebrate 300 people liking this page, I thought you'd like to see what this location looked like on 3rd February 2020, the day that Geoff and the Phase3 team moved on site to start this awesome project for . Thanks to the great effort by everyone involved including subbies (accolades later) for getting up early, knocking off late, even working some weekends and particularly for supporting local businesses while you have been putting this jigsaw together.

There has been an idea put forward to have a bicycle repair station at the foreshore, like these ones in Busselton & Kalamunda. This will allow cyclists to hang their bikes above the ground to pump up the tyres or repair them with the tools provided.... What do you think? Yes it is still a construction site, so please be patient and read the signs to keep out to avoid damage or injury. Unfortunately a number of people have been ignoring the signs.

Hooray !! The rains have arrived and the river is rising. Perfect timing after the river entry completion and the start of the landscaping, but perhaps not so for the drainage installation on Wuraming Ave and the entry to Hotham Park
