Artisan chef Cherry Moon spent 10 years working in some of Sydney’s top restaurants, before embarking on her search for a deeper connection with nature.
In 2015, Cherry moved northwest to the Blue Mountains, where she was able to explore her passion for baking in wood fired ovens, while discovering the native plant kingdom around her.
Her mission is to stay connected with the nourishing traditions of whole foods, and create delicious, wholesome products, drawing from her extensive kitchen experience and using foraged ingredients from Mother Nature.
Cherry has previously worked at renowned Sydney restaurants (Rockpool, Tetsuyas, Bodega, Kitchen By Mike, and LP's Quality Meats)
