We have grown steadily over the past
18 years and feel privileged to be a part of so many children’s lives in the Penrith and lower mountains areas. We have classes available in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, Boys only Hip Hop Crews, Hip Hop, Competition Dance Troupes, tumbling, All Star and Recreational Cheerleading and also offer a specialised adult fitness program that includes Barre Attack, Adult Tap Fitness, Adult Ballet, Stretch class and Intensity classes. Our classes cater for the absolute beginner to the more advanced student We understand that for the majority of our students dance is a fun part of their weekly activities but also cater for those who are more serious about their dance and cheer and are looking towards career opportunities.

FFDC first established cheer in 2012 and we currently participate in the Australian All Star Cheerleading Federation (AASCF) Championship Series – an organisation for all-star cheerleading coaches and athletes around the country dedicated to the promotion and advancement of cheerleading as a respected athletic discipline and sport. Aside from the large range of dance and adult fitness classes at FFDC we also offer a range of cheer and tumbling/conditioning classes to suit the needs of every individual. Athletes wishing to participate in our cheerleading program can enjoy classes from ages 4 and above that facilitate teamwork, dedication, commitment and self-confidence. Students who partake in our FFD Cheer Program have benefited from an increase sense of trust in their teammates, encouragement for one another and above all, a passion for such a fast growing team building sport. Our families are very happy that our dance and cheer classes are provided in a caring environment and routines are always age appropriate….. We are very fair and believe dance should be for all children and adults to experience. For this reason we offer a very affordable approach to lessons, examinations and performances. Our classes are fun, friendly, affordable and every student gets to be a star!
