Complex Dance Academy
Running on Thursdays from 6pm - 8:30pm at PCYC Blacktown, Zack To'o started the program to allow High School dancers from Bring It On to continue dancing. Along with other mentors from crews such as Zboyz Mafia and Zealous. Complex Academy is a free weekly dance development program that allows students from Western Sydney to be exposed to an array of dance styles at an Inter
national and competition level. Here at Complex, we push kids in every way possible; from fitness to confidence. Students are able to develop new skills, applicable both inside and outside of the dance studio. The mentors have created a safe and respectful environment specifically catered to the development of our youth participants. Complex also provides students with many opportunities, all of which will really help in every way possible. Already three crews have been made under the supervision of the mentors, which have caused kids to break out of their comfort zones, by meeting and training with others and being trained to perform at a higher level. All in all, Complex is a family, with new members coming weekly. Students from Western Sydney are being exposed to people they would have otherwise never met, making friends and developing confidence because of that. Complex Academy has become a second home to many if not all of its participants, with attention and knowledge about us growing more and more. A massive Thank You to PCYC Blacktown for giving Complex a safe place to train. Be on the lookout for what's to come for Complex.
