Goooood morning to you,

Take it from an old Paramedic,
If it feels too hot for you outside, stay indoors.

If you don’t have aircon encourage air flow around you (open windows, doors, use a fan.

Best way to cool yourself without having to bath or shower is evaporative cooling.

Grab a small towel or wash cloth and soak it in cold water

Wring out so it isn’t soaking wet and wipe over ANY and EVERY body part exposed to airflow.

OR

Get a spray bottle filled with water and by using mist (not sq**rt) you can achieve the same result as using a towel, BUT AIRFLOW IS THE KEY and a FAN IS THE ANSWER.

Also soaking you feet in a bucket of cool water helps.

Remember, Slip, Slop, Slap, Seek and Slide PLUS drink LOTS of water, because we want to see you next week at both HOWLERS on Monday and TUESDAY TRIVIA at The Gardners Inn.

Gooooood morning,

I do hope this message finds you all well, safe and dry.

And so we have returned with season 6 episode 1 as Henry announced, and it was a fantabulus event.

A huge welcome back to all our regulars and an equally exuberant welcome to all the new faces joining us.

Three weeks went by so fast!

We had 14 teams in play and the competition was hot. In retrospect I must apologise to all that my round one proved to be a tad difficult, but never the less, each team scored on average quite well and certainly within a couple of points with each other.

With such a great attendance we were able to increase the prize pool for 1st, 2nd and the Jackpot prizes.

As far as results go, The Spectacles saw their way to 1st place with a score of 69.

Three teams shared equal points covering 2nd and 3rd positions so a tie break was had and the end result was Tale Spinners second and Tania West 3rd.

Another great evening of community, fun and entertainment, with a small side of knowledge and we look forward to next weeks season 6 episode 2 of Tuesday Trivia at The Gardners Inn.

As usual rego opens at 6pm and kick off at 6.30pm.

Ho Ho HOT!!!
Happy New Year and Good afternoon to you.

It’s so hot that I saw a dog chasing a cat and they were both walking!

I hope you and your pets are keeping well, hydrated and in the shade.

The team have been busy preparing organic homegrown rounds ready for our return.

Good afternoon to you.

And so the final Tuesday Trivia at The Gardners Inn for 2025 has played, and it was a fabtastic event.

We are now having a break and return January 13th, 2026.

On behalf of the entire team I wish you health, happiness, peace and love over the season and for the new year.

We are proud of our community and appreciate all your contributions to our events, and, in times of need when you dug deep and selflessly gave to BANC.

Thank you for supporting us throughout 2025 and we look forward to seeing you again in 2026.

Good evening to you

The time has come, Christmas is just around the corner and we have reached our final Tuesday Trivia event for the year.

We look forward to loads for fun for everyone, and sharing the spirit of the season.

The Great BANC raffle is offering many fun and fabulous prizes and at $2 a ticket you will be helping BANC bring joy to many members of our community.
