A big thank you to Daniel, Yuri and Rae at Big Ci, where we had a beautiful day on Sunday for their Creative Encounters - exploring, creating and connecting with nature. We joined two wonderful artists in residence: Penelope Richardson, from Munich, Germany, who shared with us survival strategies we can learn from nature, and Pippa Lattey from Vancouver, Canada, who explores the art of making by melding. A special thank you also to Yuri for sharing his deep knowledge of conservation.

Big Ci is an easy drive from Sydney and if you missed this one, their Open Day is coming up on Sunday 22 March, 11am to 4pm, where you can meet the current artists in residence and explore their projects. Check it out on their website via the link in our bio.
It’s well worth the drive.
