Recently after some breathwork followed by a solo sauna I had a vision and felt sense of a currawong pulling out a strand of my dna 🧬 that no longer needed to be a part of my existence.. so here’s a video of me adding this part to my self portrait.. art heals! 💗 (so does breathwork, body work and meditation amongst many other things 😉) so very grateful for all these beautiful offerings and other people doing their inner work 🙏🏼 so much gratitude for 💗 Selkie Wellness Embodied Living

There are many layers in this one, there’s even pieces of a $20 note stuck onto it after my 5 year old decided to cut one up - we have a creative household 😂 I’m still understanding what it all means to me but mostly it was just about expressing some big emotions through dance and pink! Embracing my softer side 💗 what do you see?
