✨ BALLET TEACHERS’ WORKSHOP — SEMI-FINALISTS & FINALISTS ✨

We are incredibly proud to celebrate eight KGD dancers who were selected as Semi-Finalists for the prestigious Ballet Teachers’ Workshop, one of Victoria’s most highly regarded classical ballet competitions. 🩰

A huge congratulations to our 2026 Semi-Finalists:

To be selected to compete at this level is an exceptional achievement in itself. The standard of dancers represented at Ballet Teachers’ Workshop is incredibly high, and earning a place amongst such accomplished young classical dancers is something to be immensely proud of.

From our eight Semi-Finalists, we were then thrilled to have three KGD dancers selected to progress through to the Finals:

Recently these three beautiful dancers took to the stage at Darebin Arts Centre, representing KGD amongst some of Victoria’s finest young ballet dancers.

Regardless of results, simply earning the opportunity to stand on that stage at this level is a significant accomplishment and one that reflects the years of training, discipline, artistry and dedication behind each dancer.

We are so incredibly proud of all eight of our Semi-Finalists, and especially our three Finalists for progressing through such a highly competitive field.

What a wonderful representation of the strength of classical ballet training at KGD. 🤍🩰✨

Our Saturday Musical Theatre classes are perfect for kids who simply LOVE to perform, and you definitely don’t need to be an experienced dancer to join in.

Designed for our Junior & Intermediate performers, approximately 7-13 years, these classes bring together vocal coaching, singing, acting, character work, movement and dance in one fun, energetic class.

Whether your child dreams of the stage, loves belting out show tunes at home, is a budding actor, or simply needs somewhere to let that big personality shine - Musical Theatre might just be their thing. 🌟

It happens in the blink of an eye.

The tiny hands that once reached for yours begin reaching confidently towards the barre. The little feet taking their very first pliés grow into strong, graceful dancers, and somewhere along the way, they discover so much more than dance.

At Karlie Grace Dancers, we’re not just teaching ballet. We’re helping children build confidence, resilience, discipline, creativity and lifelong friendships, while giving them a place where they truly belong.

Dance is unique. It blends athleticism with artistry, music with movement, and technique with self-expression, helping children grow not only as dancers, but as confident young people.
