Highlandharvestfeasts

Highlandharvestfeasts A Series Of Seasonal Events Inspired By Nature That includes our digital spaces and social media as well. Let's treat everyone with respect.

Our events are authentic adventures that connect you with the wild and as self-confessed contemporary country dwellers we bring to life adventures that also include nature based seasonal customs. These are a twist on past Pagan, Saxon, Nordic and Celtic banquets as well as crafting a few of our own new customs. Facebook Rules of Engagement

Now the bump out is finally over … and wow was the mud difficult on the way down that hill after Sunday’s rain….it’s time to enjoy the myriad of amazing costumes our feasting community showcased on The Longest (and darkest) Night.

There were some epic Winter Solstice outfits and we have over 500 images still to go through.

Did anyone notice we did not announce our usual top 3 Best in Feast winners?

So check your email tomorrow as we mix it up this year and let our guests decide who takes the 👑 in 2021. Nominations open with the full moon on Thursday - we will choose 10 finalists with voting for the shortlist starting on the weekend.

Time to celebrate some very creative feasters and we announce the winners next week

Thanks to our loyal guests for keeping the faith, braving the cold and kickstarting the seasonal shift with us. This event will never be without its challenges due to the remote locations and winter weather but it’s all heart and soul thanks to the most understanding community who attend year after year

At 4pm today all was good despite all weather sites saying something different. There is no doubt the rain has settled in now as expected but it will also ease tomorrow
We solider on and feast
