Hmmm. Michelago gets cold. Oh, well.
The Michelago Music Muster was a top event held last night. Apart from the Rain that Dene Burton - Guitarist seemed to have brought with him from Victoria, it was a typical Winter's evening, with "fresh" breezes. Michelago Region Community Association, Be proud of yourselves. Great food, drink and awesome fire barrels.
Stewie Barton Music and Ivy Lane provided great music for the evening, Stewart Barton tried out his new guitar, which was awesome, there were songs to sing to and appreciate and I had an absolutely great night.
Stewart learned an important lesson about fingerless gloves - they are a good idea when playing the guitar, and I sacrificed my warm hands so that he could play in a bit of comfort.
Alicia was dancing - I guess the semi trailer stage was cold?
Great to see Barbara L Fleming and Meryl Hinge, and the "Bar" was run by the Alpine Hotel, Cooma.
The hot food was welcomed, and I had two of the lamb rolls. There must have been a secret to how the lamb was cooked. It was so tender and virtually fat free.
If you didn't make it, buy your thermals for the next Music Muster now, it is a great little town with a festival that will definitely be on next year.
