A break was needed while I grew another tiny human, making me a mum of three beautiful kiddos now 🫶🏼
Hello logo refresh, making this place feel a little more like ‘me,’ ready to post a lot more again- My favourite colour, and my kids birth flowers.
I’m here to introduce myself as I’ve never officially done that, and post a few facts about me & mckay makes.

- I’m Amber, 29.
- I married my bestie 1.5 years ago & we’ve been together for 12 years. 🫶🏼
- Our 3 kids all have names starting with A which wasn’t intentional, it’s just how it worked out. 🩷🧡💜 they are 6.5, 3.5 & 7 weeks old.
- I’m a childcare educator and have worked on and off with children since I was 19. 👶🏼
- mckay makes was created in 2021 when I was on maternity leave with my middle guy. Named after our future address, McKay Road, where we own 31 acres of scrubland and will one day build our dream home. 🌳
- I LIVE for Christmas. The decorations, the spirit, the glitter, the gift giving and the togetherness is just so special. 🎅🏼
- I’m pretty scared of most animals, but birds easily take the cake. Especially swooping ones 🐦‍⬛
