DRIVERS BRIEFING

ALL DRIVERS must attend Drivers Briefing:

*Failure to attend and have your name marked off at roll call will relegate you to the rear of the field in your heat races. No Driver representatives allowed. The briefing must be attended by the driver.

*All Competitors are required to be in their race suit for Drivers Briefing, as Drivers Walk is immediately after Briefing and compulsory for all racing at McCosker Gladstone Speedway.

DRIVER WALK

Drivers go directly to the Spectator mound near the track exit gate immediately after your Drivers Briefing. Here you will be met with signs to walk around the spectator mound in your race class groups. Drivers will walk between the track fence and the crowd control fence, which is a clear path all the way around. Competitors are required to be in their race suit for drivers briefing prior to the walk so they are ready to commence immediately after the briefing. ALL drivers are required to participate in the group walk through the spectator area, which promotes all drivers racing on the night, this will commence at approx.

We have an expectation that the competitors will participate and help us to bring the very best entertainment to the spectators.

If you have any giveaways such as posters and stickers, please have a crew member meet you with these at the spectator mound gate. You can hand these out quickly during the Drivers Walk to promote your race team and sponsors. Drivers will exit the spectator mound at the Control Tower.
