Last night was absolutely legendary.

Our Viking Winter Solstice celebration was everything we hoped for and more. The hall was packed with warriors, shieldmaidens, skalds and mischief makers ready to embrace the longest night of the year.

We watched brave souls battle it out in the chilli eating competition, cheered through fierce arm wrestling matches, listened to poetry, witnessed real tattoos being inked, and somehow ended up with an epic tug of war in the car park that had everyone completely invested.

And then there was the incredible fire performance from Becky Bubble, lighting up the night and giving us a finale worthy of the goddesses themselves.

Most of all, thank you to our amazing community. You threw yourselves into every challenge, every game and every ridiculous moment with such enthusiasm, kindness and good humour. Events like this only work because of the people who come along and make them unforgettable.

We are so grateful for every single one of you who celebrated the Winter Solstice with us. Until next year, may your mead be plentiful, your stories be grand and your adventures be many.

The Dark Fae Masquerade Fantasy Ball is coming... and this year we're going bigger than ever.

Tickets are on sale now, and the world of Dark Day has already begun to awaken. From enchanting characters and elaborate costumes to immersive storytelling and magical encounters, we're building something truly extraordinary.

These photos are from last year's event, but this year we're taking over the entire Box Hill Town Hall and transforming it into a dark fantasy realm beyond your wildest imagination.

Explore a fantasy market filled with incredible creators, discover hidden wonders throughout the venue, dance the night away, and become part of the story yourself.

Your ticket also includes access to our free community workshops where you can start building your character, crafting your costume, making masks, meeting fellow fae, and becoming part of the world long before the ball begins.

We are so excited to have held our very first Mask Making Workshop hosted by the Queen's of craft over at the House of Adorn for the Dark Fae Masquerade Ball!

This was the first of many workshops we have planned as we begin building excitement, creativity, and community around this magical event.

It was wonderful to see everyone bringing their unique visions to life and creating beautiful masks for the ball.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this first workshop such a special experience.

We cannot wait to share more opportunities to connect, create, and celebrate together in the lead up to the Dark Fae Masquerade Ball!
