Founded in 2004, Momentum Dance Studios is a recreational dance school that provides high quality dance education for children age 3 years and up in a friendly, professional environment. The school operates under a strict COVID Safety Plan to protect our students, staff and community. Students and teachers are encouraged to create a supportive and positive environment for learning, creating and pe

rforming dance as an art form and for enjoyment. Male dancers are actively encouraged and welcome in all classes that are available. Students are not required to enter competitions, eisttedfods or examinations. Special care is taken by the founders to select professionally trained teachers. Momentum’s teachers currently work in performing arts education and the performing arts industry, bringing up to date knowledge and fresh ideas to pass on to our students. In addition, all teachers are security checked and hold Working With Children Numbers for your peace of mind. Now with four locations spread across Sydney, the popular school provides high quality dance tuition to students age 3 to 18 years in a non- intimidating environment. Since its beginning, Momentum Dance Studios has worked continuoulsy towards:

Building professionally managed dance schools with a local touch
Providing inspiring, qualified and security checked teachers. Respecting young dancers rights to be treated age appropriately at the studio, on stage and in the media. Contributing to our dance families and communities via scholarships/fundraising. Encouraging students to achieve their individual best and support others through our Performing Arts Scholarship Awards. Facilitating students to achieve a career in dance education through our Teacher Training Programs. Establishing sustainable business practices. MNM Creating and Performing will be the new owners of the dance school, still operating from the same location and same day. Mishl & Gayle of MNM Creating and Performing are ready to take your enrolment enquiries so be quick to get in touch with them before your favourite classes fill up!

Riverside Theatre Concert is on tomorrow!

We can't wait to see all our performers arrive at the theatre ready for 3.30pm entry with their belongings boxes and hair and make-up done.

We know this is a big and exciting day so please be sure to have everything ready to go in advance and allow plenty of time to find a park so your child can arrive on time.

New Management Notice:

Momentum Dance Studios is handing over operations of the dance school in 2023 to MNM Creating and Performing. The owner, Mishl, and the dance school have been carefully selected for their experience, creativity and care for their students.

MNM Creating and Performing are a perfect fit to continue your child's dance training and performance opportunities for the future, and come with our full endorsement.

The 2023 timetable will remain the same as this year and there is no change to the location. Further information has been emailed to all current enrolled students for your re-enrolment details.

Momentum Dance Studios would like to thank all the wonderful dance families who have been part of the studio for so many years and know that you are in good hands to continue dancing for many more years.

Together we look forward to celebrating your achievements at the Twilight Concert at the Riverside Theatre on 15th December.
