✨❤️🖤 What an incredible two days at the 2026 Western Region Dance Festival! 🖤❤️✨

A huge congratulations to our TDF students Nora, Rebecca, Mia, Payton, Abby and Jayda who all performed beautifully at BMEC as part of this amazing event. We love seeing our students embracing performing arts opportunities through their schools and representing our region on stage 🌟

A very special shoutout to Abby, who was asked to step into the lead role in the Senior Musical Theatre Ensemble on the day of the performance due to an injury. Abby, you absolutely smashed it like a true professional! We are so proud of your determination, resilience and willingness to step up when it mattered most. What an incredible achievement! ❤️

A big thank you also to Eve and Maddi, who generously gave up their time to assist backstage on Wednesday. Your help and support were very much appreciated and didn’t go unnoticed 🌟

And congratulations to Miss Flick, who not only choreographed the routines for Bathurst South Public School, but was also involved behind the scenes working with The Arts Unit, the festival committee and the Senior Western Contemporary Ensemble.

Amazing work, Team TDF! We are so proud of all of you and love supporting our students and staff in the wonderful opportunities they pursue both inside and outside the studio ❤️🖤✨

Please note that The Dance Factory will be CLOSED on Monday 8th June due to the Public Holiday.

There will be no classes running on this day.

We hope all of our TDF families enjoy the long weekend and take the opportunity to relax, recharge and spend time with family and friends ✨

Classes will resume as normal from Tuesday 9th June!

🖤✨ Today we remember the incredibly talented and creative Juliette “Jett” Verne. ✨🖤

Our TDF Open and 14yrs Performance Teams were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to learn from Jett, and her energy, passion and love for dance left a lasting impression on so many of our students.

Jett had a remarkable ability to inspire dancers, encourage creativity and share her knowledge with kindness and enthusiasm. Her impact reached far beyond the studio walls, touching countless dancers, teachers and communities across Australia.

The dance world has lost a truly special soul, but her legacy will continue to live on through the dancers she mentored, the choreography she created and the passion she instilled in others.

Our thoughts are with Jett’s family, friends and all those whose lives she touched during this incredibly difficult time. ❤️

Thank you for sharing your gift with the dance community and TDF, Jett. You will never be forgotten. 🖤
